Mataio Brown
Co-Founder
Mataio is the co-founder of She Is Not Your Rehab, an internationally recognised speaker, author, and award-winning barber. Through his work in prisons, schools, and on global platforms, he advocates for men’s mental health, emotional accountability, and the healing of generational trauma. Mataio uses storytelling and lived experience to challenge harmful behaviours and support men to break cycles of violence and create positive change in their lives and families.

Sarah Brown
Co-Founder
Sarah is the co-founder of She Is Not Your Rehab, and a writer, speaker, facilitator, and creative producer. With a background in communications and community development, Sarah is known for designing innovative solutions that support families to heal from trauma and rebuild safe, connected environments. She brings both strategic leadership and deep empathy to her work, ensuring that everything she creates is thoughtful, practical, and impactful.

Rochelle Cole
Business Manager
Rochelle is the Business Manager at She Is Not Your Rehab, overseeing operations, and strategic partnerships. With extensive experience in business administration and the non-profit sector, Rochelle ensures the organisation runs smoothly and sustainably. She plays a key role in connecting day-to-day systems with long-term impact, supporting the growth and stability of the movement.

Ngaroma Crown
Project Manager
Ngaroma is the Project Manager at She Is Not Your Rehab, leading the delivery of national campaigns, content creation, and community engagement initiatives. With experience in research, digital strategy, and social impact delivery, she ensures that each project is executed with clarity, care, and measurable outcomes.
