Before you get in touch
Thank you for reaching out to She Is Not Your Rehab. We genuinely appreciate every person who takes the time to connect with us.
Please note that we are not a crisis or frontline support service, and this inbox is not monitored 24/7. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you need urgent support, please contact your local emergency services or a specialist crisis support service in your area rather than waiting for a response from us.
While we care deeply about the people who connect with us, our role is to provide education, advocacy, and community programmes rather than individual support. As a result, we are not able to provide individual counselling, crisis support, or personal advice via email. We know it can take courage to reach out, and we’re honoured that people trust us with their stories. Unfortunately, we’re simply not the right service to provide the individual support that many people need, and we encourage you to connect with a service that can offer the care and timely assistance you deserve.
If you’re contacting us about speaking engagements, workshops, partnerships, consultation, media, or other professional opportunities, we’d love to hear from you. As a social enterprise, we balance community impact with running a sustainable organisation. Like any professional service, our work is offered on a fee-for-service basis, which allows us to continue delivering the programmes, resources, and community initiatives we care so deeply about.
Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the work we do.
