She was the first girl who ever said no to me.
I saw her and asked her out and she looked me dead in the face and said 'no thanks'
She had all the power from then on in,
because around her I was a grown man acting like a kid;
powerless to her.
She schooled me in a way that made me work my ass off just to be near her.
She was 100% worth it.
I was all hers from that first 'No' but I'm blessed she finally said 'Yes' to sharing her life with me.
In all our ups and downs, it's been a privilege to
see her power manifested full in all she is and does... She is powerFULL and I'm equal parts in awe and fear of her.
