I will never forget when my wife was heavily pregnant.
I drove her to work in the morning, worked on my business at home, picked her up and dropped her off to her second job.
Later that night after picking her up I was exhausted, feeling sorry for myself.
During this I saw my wife in the kitchen preparing a meal for her sick father with a sweet smile on her face and asking me if I wanted to eat too.
I have never been more humbled.
She redefined everything I thought I knew about service.
The hard part is that I need to help her and not expect her to be at my service too.
She is not my rehab, she is my wife, my partner, my everything and I need to stand by her side and serve alongside her.
