The Practice of Change
Developing the people who create change.
A year-long professional development and mentorship programme with Matt Brown, co-founder of She Is Not Your Rehab, for people working with men who use violence.
Beginning in January 2027, our first international cohort will bring together strictly limited places for practitioners with live teaching, practical learning and honest conversations about the work.
Supporting the people doing the work
Working with men who use violence can be complex.
It asks us to hold men accountable, recognise the impact on partners and children, and keep working towards meaningful change.
Practitioners need space to learn, ask difficult questions and reflect on how they approach that work.
The Practice of Change offers a year of learning alongside Matt and a small community of people working across different countries, cultures and professional settings.
What to expect
From February to November, you’ll join a live online masterclass with Matt each month. Every session will include a Q&A, with opportunities to explore questions and challenges from your own practice.
Selected sessions may also feature guest speakers who bring experience and insight into particular themes.
Between sessions, practical activities and reflection will help you connect the teaching to your everyday work. You’ll also have access to a private cohort community, supporting resources and session recordings.
Live attendance and active participation are central to the programme.
